Submit a claim online 24/7 or call 1-888-420-1181 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM EST).
An administrator works quickly to contact an authorized marine repair technician. Customers may also choose a technician if approved. All repairs must be pre-authorized before work begins.
Covered repairs are completed by the authorized technician. You pay the $100 deductible and we pay the remaining covered repair costs up to the contract limits for that system category
Once the authorized covered repair is finished, you can get back on the water knowing the claim was handled according to your service agreement.
